still haven't felt phoenix move around a lot today like she usually does. I'm trying not to freak out :( tried drinking some cold water and laying on my left side but still haven't felt a lot of her movements. this momma is kinda scared

When I was 8 months, I had a day where my son hadn't moved at all. I went in and they hooked me up to the monitor and gave me juice and cookies to eat. he ended up moving around after eating something sweet, but its never a bad thing to go in and have a doctors opinion!

only thing is that I don't have a car right now @kaligabbard @mypregnancy_journey my car broke down yesterday and my bf is at work right now. I just ate some chocolate so maybe that will help. in trying to stay calm. maybe she's just being lazy today.

Towards the end of pregnancy, the baby slows down on moving ALOT. They are simply just running out of room. But if everything youve tried doesn't work, definitely go to the ER.. Better safe than sorry
