It's hard to decide whether to have the baby natural or by epidural. I'm scared because my periods used to be REALLY bad and I would have literal contractions after passing out. On one hand I think I could have an easy, quick, natural labor but then again I don't want to pass out and then be in even more excruciating pain for 18-24 hours. Help 😅

You still have a long time to think about it (: and I've always heard you don't really make your mind up until your in labor anyway. You'll know what you wanna do for sure when it's time

My best advice is to get the iv. You have to get through a full bag of iv before you can get the epidural. So get the iv right away that way you can get the epidural if you have to. I didn't get the epidural and I'm sooooo happy I didn't. All I kept thinking about was how I didn't want long term back problems, didn't want a catheter, and wanted to beable to walk around after he was born. And let me tell you...SO WORTH IT!

It's best to just decide to keep an open mind. Everything can change when you're in labor.
