The law is just complete bullshit. My boyfriends dad's exgirlfriend (his dad passed away) has threatened me on facebook that she was gonna "bash my face in with a brick" and has threatened me in person but there is nothing I can do about it.?? Only if she physically hurts me? Okay so she hurts me and something happens to my baby girl and there is nothing I cando about it? I'm so heated but not gonna get myself all worked up over someone pathetic like her. Smh. Sorry had to vent

@mrshutchison1, no I can't press charges and I was calling to see about getting a PFA and they said nothing can be done as long as she hasn't physically assaulted me

that's stupid awhile back I was going to child support court my child's farther acted a complete ass the woman was frighten for me and recommended I did a protective order immediately

I'm sure there is still something you can do if you have a copy of the threats she has said that's not right and it's putting you and your child in danger I would look into it more

@mrscruz0530, me and my dad are going to go to the actually PFA place Monday to see what we can do since they are more helpful then the cops. @mrshutchison1 it is stupid. My aunt just got a 3 year protective order on my uncle and he never even hit her. The lawyers even said they could tell she was faking it

Ya I would because that's not cool and the fact that the cops act like its no biggie is ridiculous like do they actually want u to get hurt to do anything that's not how it works, good luck I hope they are more helpful then the cops because you need to feel safe and worry free right now not in danger
