Parents who cosleep do you wash your bed sheets and covers with regular detergent or dreft?

I bought a laundry soap that's free and clear so that I can wash all of our stuff with babies so her skin isn't irritated. But you should for the first couple of months then if you want slowly introduce your regular soap
