well , if you don't go to the restroom within two or three days I'd tell your doctor, and try to eat something with some tums, and maybe that'll help? acid reflux tears me up to. @chadriaa4

but I'd try and eat like a bagel or toast, fast food and caffeine make it so much worse @chadriaa4 , if that doesn't help then I'd go get looked at, do you take any medication? @chadriaa4
