I have the all clear to try to jump start naturally, any ideas on how? Started getting stronger irregular contractions Christmas eve. They suck today along w pelvic & vag pressure and pain and my back hurts also. I have an appt Monday so hopefully she will be here soon!

Make sure u walk n relax with something u like especially with music if u love it... I'm not a mother yet bit I heard that's a good way to do it...
