It took me a couple days to poop only because I was scared but I could literally feel my poop right there lmao tmi but it was just to hard to push out. Finally I just pushed it out (with the help of some deep breathing lol) after that first one i went just fine

It took me about a week to finally do it and it hurt. :( I was so constipated for the first three. After that all was good lol

it took me a week only because I was scared to poop. take stool softners and drink lots of water on top of eating high fiber foods. it should help you poop and it not be rock hard.
