Anyone due in February? I'm due 18th & terrified of the birth! Going to start painting the nursery this week 😍
@rachbump177 Awe, don't worry about things pinging back xD My mum had 5 children...including me. All of us were 7-9lbs+ :) My brother being the last weighed in at nearly 11lbs xD Just do your pelvic exercises and you'll be fine xD :) x
@winterbaby95, not long for you!! @jayden19 ouch!! I'm definitely worried about the tearing or cutting I know people say they didn't feel it happen but I just don't want that to happen. When I first found out I wanted a C section but they're more dangerous & take longer to recover x
Ps my last labour was only an hour but my stitches from my first re opened that's what I'm most scared of happening again 😓
No I can't sleep at all at night I could nap all day thou! Lol I just get very hot my husband now sleeps on sofa as I need the window open and wriggle about all night lol x
Yeah I'm definitely having epidural it's not for everyone but my mam had it with my bro & she says you don't see the needle with it being behind you & you can still feel the push just very little pain. I'm not looking forward to afterwards I'm worried things won't "ping back" down there shall we say too lol. It'll be so so worth it but wish there was an easier way x
And with my second I've decided on a completely different birth plan, I think the hospital scene really isn't for me so I'm hoping I can opt for a home birth or possibly the pool ☺ do whatever makes you feel comfortable basically 😜😱x
My labour wasn't bad it was about 12 hours from my waters breaking and I just found the whole thing so uncomfortable lol. Thing is I'd reached a point where I decided I wanted more pain relief aside from gas and air but I'd left it too late and I was far too dilated to have any so that definitely agitated Me haha.
I had stitches as well which was one of my fears of giving birth and the pain definitely doesnt stop at giving birth theirs so much more afterwards that midwives don't tell you, or at least mine didn't lol 😵. x
Oh no that's not good that you've both been through it & you're feeling the fear 😂. @lnpmog937 was your last labour bad? @jayden19 are you sleeping well? I seem to be suffering from insomnia (plus the Mr's snoring keeps me awake)
I'm pregnant with my second and I'm more nervous about birth because I know what's to come lol 😔. At least being pregnant first time round your naturally worried but you don't know what to expect so you sort of imagine all sorts but once you go through it you've got that memory implanted in your brain lol.. safe to say I'm dreading labour again also 😂
I'm due 13th Feb with a baby girl like you I'm really concerned about giving birth! This is my 3rd so you'd think I'd be ok with it now but I'm not lol X
Haha thanks for the advice :) x
