can I take anything over the counter if I have a stuffy nose with boogers, and my ears feel like I have water. I dont have insurance so anything would help.

I use a saline solution with aloe and it really helped :)

I have hemorrhoids worse than anything!!!! Is there anything i can do for that? Is it fixable? Lol i have a hemorrhoid from my first son that never went away and these are way worse.sorry for the tmi!!
