Do powder formula brands matter? Like if my baby is on enfamil gentle ease, would it b the same if she drank similac gentle(not sure if this is the right name just an example) and if they matter what's the difference? Just curious.
Advice from gentle parents So ill just preface this by saying I am not a gentle parent.
Transgender children So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are your thoughts on the matter? Do u think the parents are behind this? Idk because I haven't met the parents or children. I just think at 5 it's very young for children to really understand. What do u ladies think?

It's sad that in this day and age an individual will attack your kids, whom are completely innocent in the matter, because they realize they haven't ruffled your feathers. Just goes to show the true side of said individual. Lowest of the low.
that just made me mad age doesnt matter when it comes to being a mother.

Just use target brand formula it's cheaper and works just as good.

I think it depends on your baby. I started giving her Enfamil Gentle Ease but then WIC only covered Similac and they said that Similac Sensitive is the same as Enfamil Gentle ease and it wasn't. It caused my baby so much gas pain and she had a hard time pooping and it took me a while to figure out it was the formula until one night I decided to try to change back to Enfamil Gentle Ease and now she doesn't have any problem. We have to buy it with our own money but I don't care as long as my baby is not suffering. However a nurse suggested I can get a Doc note and possibly WIC can approve Enfamil Gentle Ease

I definitely get that. Enfamil is mad expensive that's the brand we started to use for the soy but I guess this Gerber isn't that bad. My son still drinks it and sleeps through the night .

@muva.mermaid, oh okay. Cuz my baby is on enfamil gentle ease and wen we run out we have to buy sum wit our money instead of wic and enfamil is super expensive so we get parent choice gentle. I asked the nurse that comes to my house and she said it's the same and it's fine but I just wanted other mommy opinions

The infant person at WIC told me it's the same bc my son was on Enfamil Prosobee but WIC only has the Gerber Good Start Soy
