my doctors are all on my case about gaining to much weight but I have only gained fifteen pounds... I don't get it. I'm not worried though

That's insane don't worry mama your doing fine ! I hate hearing these stories. I've heard it from my previous pregnancies bc I gained more then and they were like well ya know it'll be very hard to loose the weight and it poses health risks and bla bla bla well I lost every pound. If you have high BP GD or cholesterol then watching what you eat is very important. Anything in moderation is ok. Your pregnant now is the time to enjoy that food 🍑🍉🍒🍌🌶
I'm almost 26 weeks and have gained 16 lbs and my midwife was happy with my weight gain. That's strange that they are so concerned with your weight gain. Sounds very normal to me!

Went to the doctor today and yup.... I've gained 30 pounds already. I'm 22w1d. My doctor is not worried at all. I was on phentermine pills (diet pills that help decrease appetite) before I got pregnant so my body was used to only eating once a day but I stopped taking them as soon as I thought I was pregnant. So now my body is just in shock with eating 3 meals plus snacks a day. I'm just like WOW 30lbs! I gained 45 with my first but I was heavier to start with my first . Oh well. Wh...

What has everyone gained during pregnancy? My mom gained 60 pounds with both my brother & i. I've heard you normally have pregnancies like your mother. Should I expect to end up gaining about that much or is that a high amount ?
