If you're going to have a baby shower I would save the gift cards and use them on whatever you didn't get as a gift.

bottles pacifiers nail clippers

diapers. Lol wipes.. white onsies. blankets. receiving blankets

I would hold onto them until later in pregnancy and catch a sale!
