So today marks 40 weeks for me ! And I woke up vomiting and with diarrhea .. Does anyone know why !? I feel so sick and can't keep anything down . Feeling crampy as well ... Thanks mommies , Merry Christmas

Your body might be clearing itself out for labor. Mine did that too a few days before.
