I just had a root canal. The safest time to get dental work done is during your 2nd trimester. At the very least, I'd get an exam done just to make sure there nothing going on. You don't want to end up with an infection/abscess. I hope it gets better!

just keep flossing twice a day, also keep in mind saliva mixed with blood makes it look like your bleeding a lot but you're really not. you might want to try going to get a cleaning done cause if you let the gingivitis get bad it'll lead into perio and that is worse of the worse 🙁:(
