how much does stress affect the embryo at 6 weeks. my fiance left me today and I am so upset and stressed and, omg, idk where to begin! We spent months trying, then we decided it was too much emotionally to keep trying, so we Stopped trying and bam a baby D is now 6 weeks in utero!

he has stressed me to the max an ld really don't want to lose this baby. what are some tricks and tools In can use to relieve stress.

take a bath and calm down :) cramping is normal just make sure there's no blood baby is growing

@jaxonsmom123, I completely agree with you. I moved out of my boyfriend's house in September when I hit the half way mark in my pregnancy because we were fighting so much and it got overwhelming. My best advice to you would be try and relax. Shop for some baby stuff and keep yourself occupied. You'll feel better and eventually feel ready to talk to him. A baby changes a lot between people and sometimes it can be overwhelming. You'd be surprised. Give it time and hopefully things work out. If you ever need someone to talk to feel free to message me.

I am a little crampy. that is why I'm concerned. but I have been on and off for a few days now.

well this is my 3rd baby. first with him. I have a 19yo and a soon to be 12yo. .I know I must be insane, but I am only 37. and you are right. breathe in. breathe out.

So sorry you are going thru this. As hard as it is try and breathe. These early weeks are super important and you are growing a little miracle and no man is worth jeopardizing that. Take a few days and try to talk things out but you are a soon to be mommy and stronger than you think
