so I'm a little concerned. I haven't gained more than I'm supposed too. but my belly has become droopy and hurts to touch. I've also become super itchy and swelling up a good bit. woke up this morning to half my face swollen and my feet stay swollen. just wondering if I should worry or is this all just pregnancy.
dont worry about bugging the doctor ur babies are way more important u should call. i also heard those were signs of preclapsia. god forbid u not call and something bad happebs better safe than sorry
I'm 34 weeks on Saturday. with twins. I hate to bother the on call doctor would it hurt me or babies to wait until monday? I also have an appt next week. @kimberlyyyy
Swelling & headaches are signs of preeclampsia. Also if you see "floaters" that could be a sign as well. When I was pregnant I ignored my headaches (thought they were from always being on my phone) and I always saw things floating around but it turned out to be preeclampsia. Maybe you can call your on call Doctor just to make sure. My preeclampsia was labeled severe & I developed something on top of pre e so I had to deliver at 29 weeks. I worry about things like that for other people now. Anyway, if anything gets worse, consider calling your doctor just to check in with them. Merry Christmas 🎄💋
I have headaches quite often and my doctor knows about them. behind my eyes have been hurting and it feels like i have trouble focusing in the morning but I just figured I had trouble waking up or something. @kimberlyyyy
@mrscruz0530, that's what i was thinking i may wait until Monday. I'm not sure is emergency enougj to call the on call doctor
Doctors are there to help you. As far as if it could hurt to wait, it could if it is something serious. The doctors want to reassure you things are ok, they understand moms being worried.
