ladies I am 37weks pregnant and I have sore throat, earache,headache,runny nose,slight coughing . is there anything y'all know I can take to feel better,my doctor office isn't open yet so I can't ask them😩

hot tea some times helps me my friend make up a packet of jello and drinks it before it sets
