Why Do I Feel Guilty About Receiving So Much for My Baby?

I feel so guilty 😭 my SO's cousin has given me soooo much for our baby (a brand new car seat, stroller, like 15 packs of wipes, lots of clothes, a bouncer seat, & a lot more) her son is 8 months old & when she was pregnant none of her family got her anything for her son, or offered to throw a shower. Nothing. Well just a couple weeks ago my Grandma in law, which is also his cousins grandma, called me & my SO telling us she wanted to throw me a shower. (Knowing i already had one) & i just feel so terrible bc she's still offering to give me more stuff, & her own family is treating me better than they did her. She says they are huge manipulators, & that they are probably just trying to spoil me so i wont "take the baby away" but they gave her shit bc she said she had plans that day & insisted that she buy me something for the baby shower??? Like that is so terrible to me. I don't even need a second shower, i got everything i needed at the first one. I just feel super guilty 😫😫 ughh.
