contractions are 1-2 minutes apart, lasting for 30 seconds to a minute and have been like this for the past hour... really wanting to avoid calling my boyfriend at work for as long as possible, I feel bad for the people he works with :c

I'd say by the time you call L&D and call your boyfriend plus make sure you have everything they will be closer together lasting longer. At least call L&D and see what they say.
