if you have regular period one month than the next month you spotted than the month after that your period Dont come on and you have took 3 test but all say negative what can this mean?

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
