so aviyah has been acting really weird, she is 2 months 2 weeks and she has been spitting up a lot the last couple days and not eating as good. I have an over active let down so I don't know if that is really bothering her..help?

same with my LO she has yo adjust to the fast flow of my milk, I heard to try letting some of it out and then feeding her so it slows down a little bit for her

Yeah they say it's caused by having to much milk but I feel like I don't have enough milk but it still comes out fast
