Then it could well be the start of contractions as Braxton Hicks don't follow a timely pattern. I would call midwife and explain how you feel x

Its been happening for under an hour, should I leave it a bit longer? And my midwife isn't available at this time but I do have the number for the labour ward? x

I would call now if I was you that's what they are therefore and as you are not yet due I would let them know asap xx

I was told if you have more than 4 in an hour then to ring x

They may want to try and stop labour until you are a few more weeks so always worth ringing if you are not sure x

Just taken some painkillers and see if they do anything before I ring up, gives me a bit of time to finally get bags sorted 🙈 @baby316 x

Yes @homely.mummy.no2 I will be, but they'll fit my days around baby. late start, early finish and not all days of the week x
