is it normal to have extreme pain in my pubic area? I'll be 34 weeks Friday and every time I go to stand up or walk it hurts to the point to where it'll bring tears to my eyes. what is this?

ive had it since 20weeks pregnant its normal, i tokd my doctor and he said theres nothing i can take or do to stop the pain
