How long after delivery did you ladies wait to have sex? And did it hurt? I didn't tear or anything and my doctor has my postpartum checkup scheduled for 4 weeks after delivery instead of 6 and she said today that she would check me and clear me for sex at my check up so just curious if I'll be able to actually have sex then or not

We waited 2wks. I am 4 wks pp and have had sex 2 times total. I felt fine but each person is different.
My Dr did my visit for 6 weeks but I only waited 4 weeks & it didn't hurt at all plus I had 10 stitches

I waited 4 weeks and was sore the first 4 times but I had a c section
I waited 2 weeks, I tore and had stitches, it was a little sore at first but was fine after a minute or two! :) everyone is different
my problem is that I just need to get more tight since I gave in so early
@mumof2, no I didn't, im just waiting for my bleeding to stop im more then ready just scared it may hurt or I might mess something up or something
@their.bomb.ass.mom, I didn't tear so im hoping it's not that bad. With my daughter i Barely tore in 5 little spots and got 5 stitches one in each spot and that still hurt
did u have any stitches if not you should be good to go
I did at 4 weeks, but I did tear and I immediately regretted the decision to try for sex. 😂😂
