Chafing areoles anybody else have this problem ? I'm on Google and I'm reading it might be contact sores from Breastfeeding or it has to do with my pump shields being the wrong size.

use lanolin ointment its like A&D for ur nipples.

I don't think it's thrush because it's not on my nipple or my baby lips just at the bottom of my Areola @jumesmommy15
