Oh ok. I was unknowingly pumping majority of the milk out of each breast which caused oversupply. He wasn't even eating as much as I was pumping.

Yeah it was 9 off one breast. But she hadn't eaten off that one in a while so it got full. I don't pump often. Only if she skips a feeding or if I'm really really full

Was it 9 ounces in one breast? Sounds like you pump a lot. I used to up until I got 11 ounces out of each breast. I hated it. Milk was in my shoulders so I had to stop pumping.

I think the other day I was overly full and while baby was eating I pumped 9 oz in the 6 mins she ate for. She eats for no more than 10 minutes anymore. Used to be 30 minutes. But she usually empties me very well

@ya0515 I guess I've been doing for a while and find it easier and quicker than pumping. It's so easy for me. This was probably 7 minutes.

omg! hand expression is super hard!

I actually put my nipple up to the cup and hand express by pressing against the tip of my nipple. I don't grip the top and bottom of my nipple if that makes since. @mrsmoore

I wish I guess I'm hand expressing wrong I can't get this much from hand expressing
