It relaxes me and the colors are a distraction. My doula provides one but I wanted one for myself so I can have one at home and soothe the baby as well. I'm going natural @nyckolle00 . I already love it ! @dazeofzayne . I have that one and lavender and eucalyptus and mental focus at home ! But I picked up patchouli , lemongrass, cedar cypress and spa room blend it's like an uplifting citrus @teresabura
