woke up this morning with a lot of pain in my stomach and it's very tight. yesterday I had an appointment and they said I was having contractions but my cervix is closed.

How did they know you were having contractions? Sorry only asking because I have an appt today and they will be checking my cervix.

my baby's heartrate was a little fast for the docotor so they hooked me up to a device to monitor him for a little bit. the device reads baby movement his heart beat and uterus movement

Ohhh I see. Well good luck! I've heard when you get checked it causes you to dilate too😌 maybe baby getting ready
