is there any medicine you can take for strep throat... while being pregnant. I've not called my doctor yet but this morning is the dragging me down. It hurts to even talk..

yes amoxicillin is the only thing u can take i had it a while back thats all they could give me.

You need antibiotics for strep. I think amoxicillin is one of the safer ones. Call the dr and make sure you tell them you're pregnant
