Ways to help with engorged breast... I don't have a part to my breast pump to pump the milk out and my daughter will no longer take the breast

if you have insurance theyres a website called edgepark that can get you a free or low cost pump

Hand express and use warm compresses. YouTube has tutorials on proper hand expressing. They helped me figure it out.
