My man just got out of jail and I heard she gets more stuff with my last name well he just told me if I put her last name as mine he is done with me and hung up on me!! Well if he wants you to put his last name then tell him to pay for all the stuff you need. (If you can't get wic because of the last name).
just dont let him take her and dont let him see her unless you are around thats the only way to oeotect your daughter but that doesnt have anything to do with her last name.

none of that matters when it comes to the babies last name. but you do what you think is best for your daughter. if you want to give her your last name then do it. tell him you can always change it too his layer or whatever. he shouldnt leave you just cause you want to out your last name.

If he leaves because you used your last name then I'm sorry to say but that just shows he doesn't care about you or your daughter he should want what's best for his daughter as well you can always change her last name in the future stay strong momma!
hIs name is all he has. I think that would upset my husband too...maybe use both of your last names and drop his if the time comes?

You can always change her last name to his in the future . Right now wic and Medicaid and tanif are important since your practically the only financial person . He can earn his right back when he gets back on his feet . It's not to be mean but what's best financially for the baby
