I figured a lot of the swelling came from being on a plane yesterday but I'll definitely keep those tips in mind, thanks so much & hope yours feel better! π @lyricsmommy15
girl, don't I know it. I'm a size 8 both in shoes and rings but they swell so bad I have to wear flip-flops and no rings because neither fit. :( I went and bought a pair of flats way bigger than what I usually wear just to have something to put on. and all you have to do is barely press and they dent because they are retaining so much water. Tips: socks make it worse. watch the salt that's in your foods. drink lots of water. keep them up and elevated for a few, but also make sure to walk around some. good luck!

yes it does, and you still have ways to go, just rememeber always put your feet up if swollen and don't work so hard. I worked until I think 34 weeks waitressing...,long hours and little money was so not worth it. I have carpal ts in both hands too

Ugh that stinks! I guess I just wasn't expecting it yet considering I'm only 20+4 weeks @jessicaallysz
