heartburn so bad.. nauseas.. mild headaches.. goes worse as the days go by. more frequent also.. anyone else have this during their early pregnancy? is it a sign of pregnancy to have all three at once?

I had one last night n now I get pings of headaches an then it turns to fatigue and light headed ness @ileengarcia
