went to Walmart and as soon as I got out of the car my lower back on the left side and hips hurt so bad like it was impossible for me to walk 😭 is that normal IDK what to do:(

I feel your pain. I was bed ridden for almost a week and my husband had to help me do almost everything I'll post some stretches you can do maybe it will help

yes it's sciatica tell your doctor she can put in a referral for physical therapy I've had it for about 4 years this is my third baby and I'm starting it on the 12th
