I don't know about making labor more intense, but as my pregnancy went on the actual braxton hicks got more intense, same with this pregnancy.

Mine started at 16 weeks with both children. Towards the end of my pregnancy they were kind of painful, but nothing compared to a contraction. Almost like a mild menstrual cramp. So they may not get as bad as you think!

I had back labor with my first so it labor didn't hurt with my first so this is completely different this time. @their.bomb.ass.mom
