what should I do.ive been having contractions all day off and on same as yesterday and I'm only 23weeks???

if your in pain with the contractions. then I would call your OB. if your stomach is just tightening I wouldn't worry.

It gets tighten and then sometime my back will hurt alot. I think it's just that I'm on my feet all day cause I'm a server but I was just worried
