Does anyone knows anything that can stop me from spitting.I swear it's annoying and nasty i can't even go anywhere without carrying a little bottle or cup with me cause my mouth be full every 3 seconds and makes my throat dry and sore from spitting alot please help i'm really getting sick of it.😭😭💔

yea that's why your spitting so much boo but unfortunately its gonna go away on its own but try getting ginger tablets or drink lots of water @victorialove
