my underwear have been super wet all day, I've changed them at least twice already and will have to for a 3rd time but I know I'm not peeing myself, and I'm not sure if it can still be considered discharge if I'm having my normal looking discharge on top of it, if that makes sense.

happened to me too, they told me it was normal and to wear a panty liner , if you have soak through that constantly then it's a concern. At least that's what they told me . I'd call your doc and ask just to be safe

could be amniotic fluid. as the ladies said puy a panty liner and see how much gets soaked of it. if its soaked then time for an er trip! good luck

more than likely you are peeing yourself . I had this when I was pregnant three different times and went to the er. if it really worries you then go to l&d.
