I have my four month old nephew and he hasn't had a bowl movement in three days. he is screaming bloody murder trying to use the bath room. I've tried a small amount of Apple juice but so far nothing. any advive?

I've tried the bath and olive oil. don't have any prune

A little bit of prune purée? Sitting their tush in a warm bath? Rubbing their belly with olive oil?

My son is a year old, but he was constipated. I gave him pear juice today and it worked within a couple hours
