just a question everyone , I'm not pregnant yet , but when u do get pregnant can u still exercise or should I just say f*** it and let myself go because ima get bigger anyhow , I heard u can still exercise while pregnant but does it really do anything ?

yes, you can still exercise while pregnant as long as you don't over do it. you will still gain weight as you go through the pregnancy but it helps make the labor easier.

I don't really excerise now , but trying to get healthier again , and how does it make the labor easier ? and when u say over do it what do u mean , but I guess getting ur heart pumping and blood flowing would be good for ur baby

I did with my first but that's because I was crazy active. I worked out 40 hours a week. This time around my body is like bitch please! Go sit yo ass down lmao. I have a doctors note for my job and everything saying I can't lift, push, or pull and thing heavy. Really depends on how your body handles the different pregnancies.

Even just walking on a treadmill for an hour has me sore to the point I can barely walk up the stairs. I feel handicap instead of pregnant 😥😥😥
Kimberly·

@kimmieg9385, girl I'm only 5 1/2 months! But this boy is really big compared to my daughter so that might be why my body ain't taking it so well 😥
Kimberly·

you can exercise as along as you did before getting pregnant. doctors advise that you don't just start working out because you're pregnant. you should already have a workout routine and then continue it. however, you can walk, do light arm weights and look up easy pregnancy routines that are safe and good for you. :) but starting a new workout when pregnant isn't the best idea.
