anyone have any advice on how to help with drying my breast up faster? I'm not breast feeding and they have started to get so hard and painful!! the pain is horrible! any help would be appreciated? ?

My breast are heavy and full with milk but when I squeeze nothing comes out and when I try to pump nothing is pumped into the breast pump its like I have milk but its stuck and wont come out...any tips or help on this.. i really would like to breastfeed my daughter....

I've heard the cabbage leaves in your bra but I have not personally use it... idk about wrapping up your breast if you're engorged that might not be a good idea
