I've heard the cabbage leaves in your bra but I have not personally use it... idk about wrapping up your breast if you're engorged that might not be a good idea

Ace bandages can cause a lot of harm! You're not ever supposed to bind with them

take cabbage leaves and put them on your breast or wrapped a ace bandage around them as tight as you can
