Yep that's what it felt/feels like for me. I thought it was normal and nothing to worry about and then she hooked me up to the monitor and I was having contractions 5 minutes apart.

I have an appt with him today at 3 so I will let him know! I took a warm bath and that helped a little, almost feels like menstrual cramps! @mrsschutte1323

Should tell your dr. Like soonish. I was having cramps and back pain and then I thought my water broke so I went in and it turned out my water DIDNT break but the cramps and back pain was actually contractions.
