Ugh...not trying to tell you what you should eat or do, hun, but McDonalds soft serve is said to be the most unsafe soft serve you can eat during pregnancy. They dont clean the machines well and bacteria builds up. There is a very real threat of listeria when pregnant, especially from soft serve. You can google it..Just wanted to pass on some helpful info you may not have known xo But, it does look super good

Girl I eat soft cheese, frozen yoghurt, deli meat, over medium eggs, medium rare meat..... You eat the heck out of that damn soft serve ice cream 😩😩😩😂😂😂 at least you aren't smoking crack or anything 😩😩😩😂😂😂😊

I don't eat anything that's banned necessarily, but I have done stuff that wasn't recommended during pregnancy and my babes were fine. (horseback riding, 4wheelers etc)

And now I want ice cream lol

@sarahemccormick, I did not know that! I love their soft serve but surprisingly I haven't had it all throughout my pregnancy. Def going to stop, that's disgusting!
