Anyone experience mastitis and please share what helped you? I've been in the hospital for 2 days now with a 103 fever.. Now it's down to 101.7 but they won't let me go home and I'm in sooo much pain i want to cry. I feel like lying in this hospital bed isn't helping anything and I need to pump out all this milk or something 😞 never have I experienced something so painful and I miss my daughter so much 😭😭😭

Shouldn't be, and it helped the pain may help the swelling go away. try massage the swelling after using it.

I used a bag of ice as a cold compress.
