alright I'm 31 weeks pregnant getting closer and closer to seeing my baby boy. but you know that feeling in your throat you get after you throw up? that stinging empty throat feeling? I've been getting that feeling a lot and I font know what to do about it. is it normal?

It's heart burn, I get it every night. If I wouldn't eat before bed I'd probably be fine but that's never going to happen with how hungry I always am lol
