anyone have any sugestions on how to get ride of really bad heart burn i feel like im going to vomit but i never do and its so painfull please help me

My doc said Zantac I took it for a long while

i have done tried and nothing is helping anything else please i cant sleep with this bad of heart burn lord please help me

Get some antacids like tums from ur local store. Completely safe during pregnancy.
