it may still be early. I know the depo is confusing. I was on it for a few years but stop taking it by choice... ** if you are or have been taking prenatal vitamins they will help as well. I started taking spring valley prenatal with folic acid, now I have your life multi vitamins. try waiting maybe at the end of this month or sometime during the first week of January.

@sheriece20, I was on the depo shot and I got off it in august and I had my 1st period on the 5th of this month til the 10th but a on Thursday I woke up spotting and minor cramps , I have some symptoms but when I took a test it was negative but another preggo mom said it could be to early so I'm just confused and I feel bloated all the time full or not
