ive been going to a chiropractor. feels great afterwards
thanka girls! im going to try the chiropractor...ive had it since about 12 weeks and just gets worse as she gets bigger. :) totally worth it for my sweet, baby but its killin me!
Yes! From 13 weeks until about 21 weeks. It was horrible, especially at night. Nothing helped until my little guy started becoming more active & he moved off of my sciatic nerve. I tried the chiropractor & it didn't work for me, only made it worse, but I have heard it has helped with others! Wouldn't hurt to try :)
Only thing that helped me until recently was just staying off of it. I've recently been going to the chiropractor, that's also sort of helping
yep. it is painful and for me hasn't let up. with my 1st I had it from 18wks till he was born.
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?

It is also aimed to help women who may be experiencing problems with breastfeeding and may need to know how to deal with these problems because most breastfeeding problems can be sorted.

My husband and I aren’t exactly strangers when it comes to relationship challenges 💞. We have been together for 14 years and married for eight, so we’ve definitely gone through some growing pains as we navigated a long-distance relationship in college and our first year living together as a married 👫 couple.
But nothing has challenged our relationship quite like our first year as 👪 parents .
Before you have your first child, you have these grand ideas of what it will be like. There’s more slee...
Hi Preggies,
We've had some requests from moms who are going through difficult emotional times, before, during and after pregnancy. Some of you may be feeling alone, sad and anxious in an already challenging time. Some members would like to create a group where they can support each other and stay positive when it seems nearly impossible. Anyone interested in joining this group would comment here and then follow those women. Then you can look out for each other and send positive words of encoura...
