has anyone had trouble with breastfeeding? Nicholas just wants to get the tip instead of all the way in his mouth and gets sooo mad about it... it's just frustrating.

Look into tongue and lip ties. It's one of the most common causes for bad/shallow latches. Are you working with a lactation nurse at all?
