Take milk of mag... I didn't the first time it felt like i was delivering a 300 pound baby from my ass lol soooo painful...

I had a 4th degree... Plus a C-section... It took about two to three months

i did & was cut. it took a good ten weeks for me. i took milk of mag to have a BM because i was so scared to go without it lmao
